Our goal is to help stabilize urban neighborhoods in the City of Birmingham and surrounding areas by promoting personal financial empowerment and homemmership. We offer safe, affordable housing options for working families whose household income is too much to qualify for subsidized housing, but do not earn enough to afford housing at current market rates.
