Neighborhood Housing Services of Birmingham has funding available to provide qualifying homeowners with resources for housing rehabilitation and improvements. The funding can be used to assist homeowners with repairs that can help sustain communities, increase the value of the home and reduce the risk of foreclosure.
WHO IS ELIGIBLE
- Income under 80% Average Median Income
- Proof of primary residence
- Proper insurance coverage
- Attend two workshops on Financial Fitness
- Additional guidelines available through our office.
